Snap-N-Lock™ Technology

Insulated Foam Panels are built from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam insulation that is sandwiched between 2 structural skins of aluminum. These panels are structurally sound and come in a variety of shapes, thicknesses, colors and finishes. Once these panels are locked together they provide strong, energy-efficient, weather-resistant and cost effective structures. Gaps are virtually elimiated as the panels form a continuous foam barrier with less settling, compressing, less moisture absorption, and fewer cavities that permit convection.

The Insulated Foam Panels can be used for a variety of applications. These panels can be used for not only roofs, but for whole structures! Our Insulated Panels meet or exceed current building standards for wind sheer, vertical loads, and earthquake standards. StructAll Systems resist local loads, buckling, and bending and is structurally superior over conventional stud framing methods.
